• Nuviou makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

• The total liability of Nuviou shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

• We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
